Getting Started with HTC Sync:

Connect your phone to your PC using a cable USB.

When prompted select the type of phone connection USB tap HTC Sync, and then click Finish.

Wait for HTC Sync to recognize your phone. In the "Device Configuration", enter the name of your phone.

Click Save. This will open the device. In the device can set your sync options, see general information about the phone, check the used and free space on the memory card, and begin synchronization.
