Government is thinking about making PayPak cards

The government is thinking about making PayPak cards necessary for people who work for the government and get their salary paid through these cards. This is because the government wants to reduce the use of card schemes like Visa and Mastercard in Pakistan.

1LINK has come up with a plan to make PayPak cards mandatory for government employees and people who get subsidies from the government. They also want to give tax incentives and cashback offers to people who use PayPak cards.

The plan includes making sure all government employees get PayPak cards and that people who get subsidies from the government also get these cards. The government service centers like NADRA, Excise and Passport Offices should have machines that can accept PayPak cards.

To get more people to use PayPak cards 1LINK has suggested giving discounts and cash back on transactions like utility bill payments and fuel purchases. The State Bank of Pakistan is working to make Pakistans payment system stronger and increase the use of PayPak and Raast.

The bank has started some initiatives to make PayPak more useful. Has introduced co-badged PayPak cards that can be used for both domestic and international transactions. They are also working on making people more aware of PayPak and its benefits.

The government has allocated a lot of money to promote the use of Raast and PayPak. They want to make it easier for people to use payments and are working on getting more merchants to accept PayPak cards. The number of transactions has increased a lot since the government started promoting Raast and PayPak.

The State Bank of Pakistan is going to keep working on making the payment system in Pakistan and easier to use. They want to make sure that more people are using PayPak and Raast for their transactions.

The government and the State Bank of Pakistan are serious about making Pakistans payment system one of the best in the world. They are working hard to make PayPak and Raast the preferred choice for people in Pakistan.

PayPak is a way for people in Pakistan to make payments and the government is doing everything they can to make it more popular. The use of PayPak and Raast is going to increase a lot in the coming years. It will make a big difference in the way people make payments in Pakistan.

The State Bank of Pakistan has a plan to make PayPak and Raast the best payment system in Pakistan. They are working on making it easier for people to use. Are giving incentives to merchants to accept PayPak cards.

The future of payments in Pakistan is looking bright. Paypak is going to play a big role in it. The government and the State Bank of Pakistan are doing a job of promoting PayPak and Raast and it is going to make a big difference, in the country.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Dimensity 9600 are going to be the big thing in smartphones.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Dimensity 9600 are going to be the big thing in smartphones. Qualcomm has been the favorite among Android users for a time but MediaTek is catching up fast. The Dimensity 9500 is an example of this. It can keep up with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in terms of performance.

This year things are going to get more interesting. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Dimensity 9600 will be the smartphone chips to use the new 2nm process. This means they will have hardware and software features. It will be exciting to see how these two chips compare to each other.

When will we get to see these chips? Qualcomm will show off its chips at the Snapdragon Summit, which is happening from September 22nd to 24th. They will probably announce the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro at this event.

MediaTek has not said when it will announce its chips but it usually does this a few days before Qualcomms event. So we can expect to see the Dimensity chips in the second or third week of September.

The Dimensity 9600 series will have chips, just like Qualcomm. There might be three versions: the standard Dimensity 9600 the Dimensity 9600 Pro and the Dimensity 9600s. However there is a rumor that MediaTek might skip the Dimensity 9600 and only announce the other two versions, plus a Dimensity 9600 Pro Max. We are not sure if this is true so we will have to wait and see.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Dimensity 9600 will both use the 2nm process from TSMC. This will help reduce power consumption, which means the chips will use power and run cooler. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 will have a CPU layout with a "2+3+3" arrangement. This means it will have two cores, three medium cores and three small cores. The Dimensity 9600 will have the CPU layout but it will use new ARM cores.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 will have an Adreno 845 GPU, which is a big improvement over the old one. The Dimensity 9600 will have an Immortalis GPU, which is also very powerful. Both chips will support LPDDR5X memory and UFS 5.0 storage.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 will have a 5G modem, which will be faster than the old one. It might even reach speeds of up to 15Gbps. The Dimensity 9600 will also have some connectivity upgrades. We do not know what they are yet.

Here is a table that compares the two chips:

The‍‌‍‍‌ 100-tonne driverless Chinese electric mining truck begins operation

The‍‌‍‍‌ 100-tonne driverless Chinese electric mining truck begins operation

On Thursday, a new driverless mining dump truck started working at an open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, one of the major regions in north China. This marks the successful application of the heavy duty mining transport equipment of China's intelligent, electric and domestic production push.

The 100-tonne pure electric bidirectional truck was developed by the Power Holdings subdivision of the State Development and Investment Corp. and has begun mining operation at an open-pit mine in Nanlutian, Holingol.

The vehicle operates a fully looped process consisting of automatic loading, autonomous driving and accurate unloading. Its drivetrain runs exclusively on electric, and battery change is innovative and emission-free as it doesn't need to charge for the same long time that ordinary electric heavy commercial vehicles do.

Since it doesn't require large-radius turning, unlike conventional vehicles that require reversing for short distances, it can move both forward and backward easily, which greatly enhances ‍‌‍‍‌productivity.

LAHORE (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25 July 2026) The Government of Punjab has launched the eTransit Punjab App and T-Cash Card to provide citizens with a modern, secure, and cashless public transportation experience, further advancing the province's digital transformation agenda. This was made possible by the vision of Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The electronic fare collection system, which was created by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), the Transport Department, and the Punjab Mass Transit Authority (PMA), lets commuters travel quickly, easily, and safely without having to carry cash. Passengers can take advantage of a seamless travel experience across all public transportation services by making use of the eTransit Punjab mobile application or the T-Cash Card. Using a single digital platform, commuters can access the Metro Bus and Electric Bus services through the eTransit Punjab App and T-Cash Card. Why the TECNO CAMON 50 is the ideal companion for the monsoon: it protects against IP68 and IP69K and can take underwater photos of rain-ready content.

Pakistan's monsoon season creates numerous photo-worthy moments, including rain-soaked city streets that reflect vibrant lights, weekend escapes to northern waterfalls, and spontaneous poolside gatherings. Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jul, 2026) From rain-soaked city streets reflecting vibrant lights to weekend escapes to northern waterfalls and spontaneous poolside gatherings, Pakistan's monsoon season creates countless photo-worthy moments.  However, it also raises a common concern: how to protect your smartphone from water. The TECNO CAMON 50 is designed to remove that worry by combining flagship-level durability with innovative camera features built for real-world conditions.

One of its standout features is its IP68/IP69K dust and water resistance, giving users greater confidence when using their phone in challenging environments.  The CAMON 50 is built to handle more than just everyday use, whether you're caught in a sudden downpour, exploring a waterfall in the north, or capturing content by the pool. The IP68 rating means the device is protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water under specified conditions.  In the meantime, it is one of the most durable smartphones in its class thanks to its IP69K rating, which provides additional protection from exposure to high-pressure and high-temperature water. The durability is just one aspect of the story. The CAMON 50 also introduces Underwater Photography, allowing users to capture photos and videos beneath the surface without requiring an external waterproof case.  The dedicated shooting mode is designed to maximize color, clarity, and usability, allowing users to capture moments that conventional smartphones frequently miss, from poolside memories to underwater vacation shots. The combination of water resistance and underwater imaging opens up new creative possibilities.  When it starts to rain, you can continue to capture content with confidence rather than rushing to protect your phone. Whether it's rain reflections across city roads, children enjoying the first monsoon showers, mist-covered valleys in the north, or dramatic waterfall adventures, the CAMON 50 is designed to keep shooting when conditions become challenging.

The CAMON 50 continues TECNO's tradition of providing a premium camera experience with intelligent imaging technologies that simplify and make photography accessible in addition to its rain-ready capabilities. Every shot is improved by AI-powered enhancements, and the smartphone's overall design ensures that performance and durability coexist. This monsoon, don't let the weather interrupt your creativity.  Turn rainy streets into cinematic backdrops, capture the energy of rushing waterfalls, or experiment with underwater photography on your next getaway.  With the TECNO CAMON 50, every shower, splash, and adventure becomes an opportunity to create content that's as memorable as the season itself.
